The evening will take guests on a regional tour of Colombia, highlighting the rich culinary traditions of the Coastal Pacific, Amazonia, Antioquia, Boyacá, and Cundinamarca. Our chefs will present elevated takes on beloved Colombian street foods, showcasing bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and creative plating that reflect the country’s diverse landscapes and cultures. To complete the journey, the menu will be paired with special cocktails and spirits inspired by Colombia—from refreshing rum-based drinks to playful riffs on classics featuring aguardiente and agave spirits.
