Produced at Felipe Camarena’s famed El Pandillo distillery (NOM 1579), Don Vicente represents an exciting blend of tequila tradition and modern innovation. Estate-grown agave is cooked in a traditional steam oven before being milled twice using Felipe’s custom-built “Igor” mechanical shredder and “Frankenstein” stone tahona.

The result is a lineup that showcases Felipe Camarena’s unique approach to tequila production—honoring generations of family tradition while embracing his engineering background and innovative techniques.
